To register your team for the Mid Michigan Youth Soccer League (MMYSL) for the Fall 2026 season, please follow the two-step application process in GotSport. This process must be completed for each individual team.
Step 1: Complete MMYSL Registration Event
Before you can register for the fall season, you must first enroll your team in the registration event. This step links your players, coaches and managers to the correct seasonal events and is required for roster building.

Step 2: Register for the Fall 2026 Season
The second application creates your teams’ official match schedule, generates match cards and allows for roster approval and passcard distribution.

MMYSL Code of Conduct Policy will need to be read and signed.
Once this is complete, you're done. MMYSL will send an invoice to your club treasurer
identified in the registration process. There will be one bill per club.
Step 3: Player Registration
Each players needs to complete the league player registration form, which includes a photo picture and proof of age. Proof of age can be provided in the form of a state issued ID, passport, or birth certificate.
If your club is affiliated with SportsForms, the player registration process is integrated into your club registration process.
